Located just South of Kailua-Kona on the ocean side of Ali'i Dr, our one bedroom, one bath, ground-floor unit offers all of the amenities and comforts of a home-away-from-home. Without any stairs to climb, the path to our non-smoking, pet free condo is just moments away from the parking lot. Step into a fully furnished unit with tiled floors throughout and enjoy the many features within: king-sized bed and full bathroom with hair dryer and included linens; fully
equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker and grinder; washer and dryer (pack fewer clothes); and a dining / living room with pull-out sofa. Enjoy the gentle breeze of 3 ceiling fans or the air conditioner. Walk out onto the personal lanai that opens into the Hawaiian garden and enjoy a short stroll to the heated pool, crushed coral beach with lounge chairs and adjacent salt water sea pool. Relax during your meals in the condo, or take them down to the propane grills and picnic tables near the ocean to observe beautiful unobstructed sunsets and keep a watchful eye for the "green flash". Whether the day is spent adventuring to many unforgettable attractions from this perfect starting point, or you wish to take a walk to town or the nearby farmer's market, each evening will end with the relaxing sounds of the ocean waves and begin with the songs of the local birds. There is a well-supplied convenience store only 100 yards away, or visit grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants two miles away in Kona or 5 miles South in Keauhou. Our complex also has WIFI available in the library.
